Q: will this work with a vauxhall indignia?

This will work with all pushback pistons. If your insignia is anything like my zafira the front callipers are Puch back and the rear ones you will need a piston rewind tool.

Q: Will this work on motorcycle brakes?

Yes it will work on motorcycle brakes. The only caveat is that the caliper needs to be big enough to take the compression jaws which are about 1.5 inches wide.

Q: How thick is each blade?

The thickness of each blade is approximately 6mm, give or take a cats whisker.

Q: Would this work on 4 piston calipers

It was fine on the 4-pot Brembos on my 996 Carrera. You need to angle the spreader plates to cover both sets of pistons, obviously.
