Nice case
Case is just what I needed but was very annoyed with delivery. I was home all day and night, I have a ring doorbell and no one knocked or rang the bell and I am very annoyed to find my parcel just left on the step outside my front door. It had been there all night and was soaking wet.

The zip is broken
I need to understand why you have not responded to my text informing you that this beauty case is broken , the zip was too stiff from the start and now won’t move ….. I require a refund or a different beauty case
