yeah a little fiddly having to assemble it, but once done its all good. used it a bunch of times, it does tend to kink a little when winding up, so just have to take your time and do it properly. nice long hose.

recently i “upgraded” my old 20m compact reel to this 2 in 1 reel with 50m hose, used the previous reel for 3 years, the reel is robust and convenient to use, so i have much confidence to this brandthe assembly of this reel was a nightmare, first of all, the tiny picture illustration printed on the package is really difficult to read and understand, a lot of important detail were missing and not clear, eventually i need to watch tutorial from youtube to complete the assemblyand locking the 2 main reel parts together was very difficult, it’s near impossible to do it with bear hands, i got to use a rubber hammer to hit it near a hundred times to make them finally lock tight together! luckily the material is robust and seems no any damage caused by the hammerand winding the 50m hose from the spool to the reel need skill too, i believe i didn’t start from the wrong end, but the hose start to twist and get kinks every 3 to 5 meters, cannot fault the manufacturer but i believe a pre-assembled reel is much better option for end-users

Ok, for £60, the price I bought it for, it's value for money. Certainly not worth more than that. It also says in the description that it comes assembled. No it does not. The description said when I bought it "The Assembled 2-in-1 Hose reel is a ready assembled 60m capacity Hose Reel complete with hose and wall brackets to allow it to be wall mounted or used free standing. It comes with 50m of 12.5mm hose."I have reported the product information as incorrect. I imagine that it will be edited to be correct shortly* Hard to assemble. Take a photo of the instructions, enlarge it, and you might just see where the bone shaped bit of plastic goes and the springy thingy. No clues about which end of the spring is which, but shove it up the grey connector hook end first. Its meant to stop the cheapo hose kinking at the reel centre* It took all my weight to get the reel halves to clip together. Then I found I'd left the bone shaped thing out. Luckily it can be pushed in, if you are strong enough* 60m suggests 60 metres. Oh no, it's the model number. You get 50 metres of hose, give or take. It says so in the description.* You get a nozzle, hose connectors, one with a stop valve. Good* Ok, I know it doesn't say you get one in the description, but you don't get a 'reel to tap' link. Yup, you can either buy one (I did) or sacrifice a bit of the hose you just bought which wasn't 60 metres after all* The cheapo hose kinks when you wind it up, so feed it onto the reel by unrolling the hose bundle, either along the ground or with an assistant.* That cheapo house kinks when in use as well* The reel feels cheap and tatty. My last reel lasted 40 years. This one? Who can possibly say? Mind you my last reel was GardenaStill, delivery was fast. I can water my garden now.

I read other people’s reviews about this being difficult to put together. Super easy to assemble. Good quality and looks awesome. Definitely a good product/purchase.

In der Artikelbeschreibung und auf den Bildern wird suggeriert es handelt sich um eine montierte Schlauchtrommel, falsch es kommt ein wackeliger Bausatz. Mich hat die Qualität nicht überzeugt. Wenn man das Ding aber montiert hat und die mindere Qualität feststellt kann man es ja nicht mehr zurück schicken, da man den Schlauch zur Montage abschneiden muss.
