My husband and I are planning a pregnancy this summer and I thought I’d take some prenatal vitamins now to get my body prepared .I don’t mind the pills at all and I like that they dissolve quickly . If you don’t like taking pills , you can always mix it in a smoothie.Overall I am pleased and will be purchasing once it’s finished .

I didn't really notice anything different by taking these vitamins. It's easy to swallow. I can take these on an empty stomach and I don't get nauseous.
