Little over priced. Sturdy, like the PVC Built. The metal case ring tub closer is very sharp and unfinished.

Received item promptly, but the item on unpacking was scratched up dirty and dented. The steel clamp is rusted and difficult to use. Very disappointed. Earlier I had purchased yellow colour drum and that was very good quality.
