Years ago a surgeon told me about a gallstone study he was involved in. He said they gave a certain group of people lecithin and all of their gallstones dissolved. ALL OF THEM. Since then I have used lecithin when I have trouble and it always works. These are rather large capsules but go down easy, have no taste or aftertaste and most important, they work for me.

No info on mg/tablet; beware
These are NOT 1200mg tablets. Not economical at all, as you will have to take 5 tablets per serving according to the manufacturer. There is no info on the packaging that states how many mg are in each tablet. Be aware of your dosage. Other brands have 1200mg pills where you only have to take one pill. Go with those so you don’t have to swallow numerous pills with a nebulous milligram amount.
