Useful touch screen, decent performance.
This is a pretty good laptop, and the touch screen is quite useful for some purposes. I have found no faults so far.

Disappointed upon arrival
Before I get into this, the laptop was shipped UPSIDE DOWN. Wouldn't be surprised if that's where all of the problems are coming from. Poorly packaged.Just turned this on and already problems. When I turned it on, the screen in the photo appeared. Once past this, the laptop needed updates, which is somewhat normal. But the problem is that the battery is undetected. Without the charger, it won't turn on at all. i.e corrupted battery or whatever it is. I followed the instructions and plugged it in before turning it on. Once I got past the setup, it showed as undetected. I figured the updates need to happen, but after that, it was still an issue. Restarted. Shut down and unplugged the charger to use battery power. (After being plugged in for over an hour.) The laptop won't turn on without the charger. Now, I'm going to have to do extra work to figure this out when a $700 laptop shouldn't have these issues before you can even use it.If you're going to sell something so expensive, make sure that the product is actually worth its price. Not something wonky.Definitely do not recommend. You may get a messed up laptop in another way.

That Sucked
Not sure if I was unlucky, got the laptop and after 2 days of super light use had to factory reset it because it wouldn't start, the laptop was painfully slow and the battery only lasted 2 hours instead of the factory promised 10-12. Returned it and was hit with a surprise $95 restocking fee I wasn't informed about but got that refunded as well.

Great all around, but poor battery life
Overall the laptop is great all aroundThe next part is a rant about the battery, skip it if you don't expect to use the computer for extended time periods.-----Most laptops really like to stretch out what the battery is actually capable of in their advertisements. For instance, I believe this one was advertised to be "up to nine and a half hours of battery life"In actuality, the battery will die in about 1-2 hours depending one use.Even from just plain typing documents with power saver on, brightness down, etc I could only max out 2 hours 15 minutes before it was completely drained. This is a problem for me as a university student, as I need a computer that will last me the day, and I cannot have it's battery die during a class, or spend my day running outlet to outlet between my classes and activities.I tried purchasing a new battery (at 2600mha / 4 cells) but, I still had the same performance and life out of it.-----When it comes to other features, the laptop is very nice. I was actually able to swap the 720p screen my older model came with with a 1080p 120hz screen.Positives:+ expandable and upgradable. easy to open and put in new ram, storage, screen, etc.+ decent performance from components+ great IO ports. plenty of USB 3.0, ethernet, even cd drive if you use that.+ even without dedicated video card, still has acceptable gaming performance.Negatives:- very underwhelming battery life- heat vent will blast you during any task more complicated than web surfing- slow boot times due to HDD, can be swapped for SSD though- a little bulky and heavy
