No, it just comes as a single blanket, you'd need to get a separate cover.

Can I return it and be refunded if I find that it is too heavy for me?

I tried to return mine but was informed I would need to pay the Return delivery cost & because of it weight no way was I able to do that , I certainly will be more careful before ordering a weighted blanket again !!

Can you handwash the whole blanket? if so, how do i dry this? with the weather being so miserable (december 2022)
