You cannot program this easily
I'm not tech savvy and the claim of being 'Plug and Play' fooled me. Yes, I have plugged it in and it works but I cannot program the keys. Whichever key you press, you just get 'c'. I have looked for software but to no avail and I'm not well versed with programming or anything to get it working. I should have coughed up and bought a StreamDeck.
