I read where a previous buyer of this mentioned that it didn't look very good...As far as I can tell, it looks authentic, I know it's not, but it does look VERY real.I can see where they didn't take the time on the black 'dirt', it's an oily substance and it can be rubbed off, which, I will do, to a point.It needs that to look realistic, I'll only remove 'only a little'.The weight, look, feel, all of it, it is as real looking as any other minted coin, that is real.As a matter of fact, the coin that I received actually looks better than the image that is used in this product.So, l I'm not sure if something was changed after that one guy said what he did, but, I am as happy as can be, there is nothing at all on this coin that makes it look fake, not one thing.The ONLY thing that I am sure that a coin collector or buyer would know is by weight, I am sure that is how it's done. (I'm not a coin collector, I am using this for photography purposes)There's nothing to be afraid of, there 'may be' other sellers that are cheaper, but this is a fair price (for me) and it was also shipped faster than the rest, so I chose this company, and I'm glad that I did.

I use these to add to my collection. This is a poor man's vintage coin. Because it's not real. But they sure look good and feel good and the engraving is excellent.

A very nicely done reproduction coin, good for show and for placeholder. Be aware you are buying a steel replica, not an original old coin (which would cost MUCH more than the nice price of these).

The coin looked much better in the pictures than in person. It’s still an interesting piece, but the wear and detail weren’t as sharp as I hoped. Just okay for the price.
