CRC Quick Clean Safety Solvent And Degreaser 03180 – 19 WT OZ, Clear, Aerosol Cleaner - Industrial Cleaners And Degreasers

This is effective and I wish I'd known about it long ago.

I bought this degreaser for cleaning the bearings, races, and cones on my bicycle. Using the straw, it virtually blew the old grease and accumulated gunk off of the parts. A quick wipe with a shop rag and a few minutes to fully evaporate, and I was ready for the new grease and reassembly. Excellent product. When the time comes, I'll purchase this again.

It sprays out a hard stream, but it seems to degrease just fine.

It smells different

This is my second CRC product and I’m very happy with the quality and price. Strong cleaner and leaves little to no residue.

I used this on my freshly primed hood to clean before laying down the base coat after watching several YouTube videos suggesting this product. Unfortunately, it created splotches that did not go away. It’s very possible I put it on too heavy but regardless the base layer did not cover the spots. This is likely a fantastic product in a different scenario but it greatly diminished the appearance of the hood.

I used this stuff to prep plastic and aluminum. it certainly does what it says, it cleaned it so well I thought it had left a film on it but the truth is I just hadn't seem the aluminum that dry before. I checked multiple times with various rags and clothes and no residue came off. The paint I applied stuck well and showed no signs of a dirty or greasy base.
