Q: I bought this binder and I love it but I wish it was bigger, is there a 2" or 3" version out there? I can't find one.

Currently there is not a 2" or 3" version. We are planning to introduce a Jr. Version (5x8") next and then the 2" and 3" will follow.

Q: The mini-binder w/zipper I'm looking at is 5.5"x8"..... What inserts are included?, or do you have to buy all inserts seperately?

It doesn't come with any inserts. The only extra thing you really need is a 3-hole punch for statement sized paper. Many 3-hole punches are adjustable and can do this.

Q: What are the dimensions inside the zipper of the junior version. I want to see if my tablet can also fit inside

I got the letter size with the zipper. Taking in the space takened up by the binder rings, the folder should accommodate a tablet within the dimension of roughly 9 3/4" (width) by 13" (height) by 3/4" depth.

Q: Does letter size hold regular size wide ruled notebook paper?

It should - I used regular 8 1/2 x 11 typing paper in a plastic page saver (which extends the width due to the part of the page saver with holes. ) When closed, no paper stuck out from the edge. I have the binder without the zipper - can't verify that the paper might not get hung up in the zipper - but it shouldn't.
