I had never heard of this stuff before and decided to try it, mostly because it’s half the cost of Metamucil. I was surprised to see the 2 tsps of fiber powder literally disappear into the water. I was even more surprised to find out that there’s no taste, texture, or any indication that there’s anything mixed into your glass of water. I started taking this 2-3 times a day and after a couple days I started having well-formed, healthy BMs that left my body with ease. In my opinion, this product works better than competitors products. I can’t recommend this enough if you are looking for something to help with stool quality and/or constipation. This stuff is gentle going in, gentle in the intestines and gently exiting the body ;)I’m very happy with this stuff and have subscribed for regular deliveries every 6-7 weeks.

More cost effective then the name brand,same ingredient

This just didn’t work for me. I usually take unflavored, no sugar/sweetener Metamucil but it has texture and flavor issues. This was like drinking water and was easy to drink but just didn’t work for me.

I love this product…though it is flavorless it is not unpleasant and no aspartame! Glad I found your product to have it a part of my diet!
