This pillow is outstanding!! It is super soft and confirms to my body. The cool down part works 100%. I am currently going thru menopause and have hit flashes throughout the night. This pillow helped cool me down so that I could sleep better. It's the perfect king size pillow (I use it as a body pillow). The filling is soft and comfortable and there is extra for more support if you need it. I love that it's adjustable. It's just the right thickness for me. Not too thick, not too flat. Best pillow ever!!!

An actual firm pillow instead of just claiming to be firm. The quality of this pillow is amazing! I've shopped plenty of "firm" pillows from other stores that ended up being anything but firm. Those pillows immediately sunk in on the very first touch when I laid down.This pillow actually had the functionality of holding up under my head without immediately going flat. The cooling and color is nice with the added bonus of extra filling that you can use at your discretion. I barely used 10% from the bag of extra filling and the pillow is already more than enough.This is the quality firm pillow you want if you're shopping around for an actual firm pillow!

I like how firm they are with all the extra stuffing added. Great for us side sleepers. But. The smell!! It’s bad. I hope it fades away. If you are sensitive to smells, pass on this one.

Very comfy pillow. No overheated feeling in my face. A nice change for my sleep needs. I can't recommend it hardly enough!!

This is my second time buying these, I bought my previous one to test out over a year ago and let me tell you unlike any others it has held its shape and support. The only thing is yes you have to air it out leave it somewhere and forget about it for a bit and after that the smell goes away. I just bought 2 more and will be buying another set very soon to replace some more.

Very plump ! Don’t put it in the dryer (I made that mistake) the blue and white cover has a plastic thread so the heat melts it. Which makes it undesirable but the second cover made up for my mistake. It comes with extra stuffing so you can plump it as firm as you want or as soft as you like.
