Spring material rust prone.
Spring material is very low quality iron and prone to early rusting and fracture rendering the item useless. Manufacturer should urgently consider using stainless steel springs or rust proof material.

Perfect poop scooper that I have come across. Works on different surfaces perfectly- be it a muddy ground/field or a concrete area. Value for money, durable and a value for money product. An essential product for pet parents.

Purposeful utility
These are very handy. They do a very good job and help keep the surroundings neat and clean.But they work well as long as the springs are in tact. For obvious reasons the springs are kept soft, but they break after repeated usage. It’s criminal to throw away the otherwise good product just because the springs have given way. And they are not readily available in the market.It would be great if 4 pieces of springs are supplied as extra spares with every product.
