I am using it to substitute chickpea flour in my gf bread. The results are fantastic. My bread never tasted so good and what's even better, more than double the protein than in gram flour. I'll deffo b buying more.

I use this flour instead of chickpeas flour in East Indian cuisine I find it have better flavour was looking for this flour for a very long time

I wanted to try this flour, I have used Chick Pea previously. This flour is excellent quality, light and fine. Yes, it has a fragrance of Pea, but it's Pea Flour!I have used it in Yorkshires and Pancakes and am going to try sausage rolls next. Price point is ok for quality, and being gluten-free is a huge winner for me, and my elderly mother also loves it!

I bought it for making pakora. It is quite useless . Failed pakora making because of its poor merge with potatoes and other things. I will not recommend or buy it again

This is hard to review because taste is the pinnacle of subjective but, to me, yellow pea is unpleasant.It’s easy enough to work with but I don’t like the texture or the flavour. It’s much healthier than wheat flour, but I’ll stick with almond flour. It’s more versatile and tastes much better.

Flavour, texture, protein - packs a punch!

I bought this and used it to make onion bhajis so this yellow pea flour replaced my normal gram flour.I noticed no difference at all and was really pleased. See pics.It's a lovely product and would highly recommend.
