Replacement caster wheels with 7/16" studs...made 'em fit the old 7/16" hardware.
These were great quality caster wheels to replace a worn out set on a combo amplifier from many years ago. The only problem was that the 7/16" studs were slightly smaller diameter than the originals they replaced. I taped the studs with a short piece of electrical tape to make the studs fit more tightly in the original hardware. It worked.

Fits Weber S330 Grill
I used these to replace the low quality Weber S330 gas grill casters that began shedding chunks off the wheels after a few years. These are not the highest quality, but they should work fine for this application. I wanted a slightly larger 4-inch size to roll a bit more easily over obstacles compared to the original 2 3/4-inch casters. I applied some grease to the dry bearings to help them swivel more easily. These are a perfect fit for Weber grills that take a caster with a 7/16-inch diameter stem. Just pull out the old ones and press these in.

Work Hazard
The center-stems of the wheels are not strong enough and end up bending, which allows the two sets of bearings responsible for allowing the wheels to change direction to all fall out. Without those bearings, the wheels will flop over sideways instead of aligning to the direction of travel. If this happens while the cart is already moving, it tends to jerk sideways and toss stuff off the cart, or turn it over entirely. They claim to be rated 175lbs "per wheel", but considering this is happening to all 3 carts we replaced the wheels on, I'm wondering if it's actually 175lbs per 4 wheels.
