Bose QuietComfort 35 (Series II) Wireless Headphones, Noise Cancelling - Black (Renewed)

Headphones came as described in the listing with carry case, 2.5mm to 3.5mm auxiliary cable, and charging cord. This was a good purchase. I tested the Bose QC 35 II's side by side with the Bose QC Ultra's and decided to return the Ultra's in favor of these. The QC 35 II's can be used without power, and they have the feature of turning noise cancelling off; the Ultra's lack both of these features and that is a deal breaker for me. The Ultra's do sound better, but only by a very small margin, and this small margin absolutely does not justify the high price of the Ultra's.

I travel a lot on airplanes and I can tell you sitting around an airport can have a lot of background noise and of course flying has a lot of noise. These work great. When listening to music or watching a movie on your tablet I highly recommend them

I ordered this to save some cash with the expectation that I'd receive a return or something slightly scuffed up. Nope! The one I got was BRAND NEW. In the original box, with the original protective plastic wrap. All accessories were completely untouched inside, including the brand-spankin-new headphones. So I am thrilled that I saved so much money going with this renewed listing.As for the headphones themselves, I love them. The range on the wireless is great, they're extremely comfortable, the sound quality is phenomenal, battery life is great. I purchased these specifically because I suffer from chronic migraines. I've tried various other headphones before, some equally as expensive. All of them triggered migraines with the clamp force and top band pressure. Earbuds hurt my ear canals and fall out. I had avoided these because I was told that they're great audio, but not as great as they could be for the price. With that said, I was also told they're by far some of the most comfortable ones you can find. So I finally said screw it and splurged on these and am pleased to say the audio quality is still absolutely amazing and they're the most comfortable ones I've ever tried. Sometimes I forget they're on my head, which was the goal! I can finally listen to music and play games with my friends without worrying too much about triggering a migraine and having to tap out.

I bought two of these and had to return both of them. The first pair had intermittent electrical issues (buttons would stop working, and the device would freeze). The second pair was physically broken on one side from someone bending the headphone too hard. Don't waste your time.. Bose sells renewed headphones directly and almost certainly has better quality control.

Excellent value for the money you would never suspect that they were refurbished

The sound is amazing! It's unfortunate that my headphones did not come with a manual of any kind. A piece of paper. A QR code to scan. Nothing! I went to get technical support thru the Amazon app to see if I could get a manual emailed to me or something. The little thing on the screen just spun and spun and spun and never opened up anything. So now I will have to go online and figure out how to get a manual for my headphones and it's a shame that they didn't simply come with one! I find it annoying that I have to go through all this just to figure out what these little buttons on the side do and how to change my ear pads....UPDATE : So I finally get someone in a chat from Amazon customer service. The first person I spoke to gave me a link to Bose for a manual. Bose asked for a serial number found on the inside rim of the headphones. I explained to the young man that there is no serial number there, he tells me that it should be on the manufacture packaging. My headphones didn't come in a manufacture packaging, they came in a black box and that box was in a bag. So now I'm concerned. Did I even really get Bose headphones. I tell the young man that I want to return them and the additional ear pads that I got. Since I can't get a manual, I have no idea what all these buttons are or how to change the ear pads. I'm given options of where to return my items, none of which are close to my house and then the young man just ends the chat when I tell him how frustrated and annoyed I am. Another person got on and says wants to help me and he understands my frustration but he really can't do anything either. I will return these headphones but I'm tired of being on this chat that has taken a ridiculous amount of my time. So buyer beware....

They were perfect, I love them. You could not tell they were referbished.
