Ortho Molecular - Pregnenolone 10mg - 100 Tablets

I used to take this pregnenolone years ago on my Dr.'s recommendation. I don't remember what brand and I don't remember feeling any different. I recently started taking Ortho Molecular Pregnenolone and I immediately felt more energetic and a general feeling of well being. I am slowly increasing my dose. I will continue to take this and this brand if it continues to improve my quality of life... Love it !!!

I have used this product for over 1 year to help with insomnia during this premenopausal stage of my life. Typically, I take 1 pill daily, and will need to periodically take 2 pills every other day for a couple of weeks if my system gets out of whack. It's a very good value for the money and I've recommended this product to other girlfriends.

i wish the product would have listed how many mg's. i now have to take additional pills. i couldnt tell by the product description. otherwise all is good!after i left my review (see above) the seller called me and went out of her way to assist me. i'm very impressed. i will buy from this vendor again.

These made me so sleepy and groggy I had to stop taking them. I stopped and started a couple of times to make sure it was the pregnenolone that was doing it. Each time they put me into bad, deep fog that was hard to come out of; impossible to wake up in the morning. I threw them out. Never again.

I take this with DHEA-5 and Adren-all and I noticed that I'm not as exhausted as I usually am without these. I have energy to work out. I didnt give it 4 stars b/c I am taking with the other two supplements as well so not sure which is helping the most.
