PURE ORIGINAL INGREDIENTS Acai Berry Powder, 4 oz, Superfood, Vegan, Non-GMO, Gluten Free

I used this to make smoothies and man did it ever make some delicious tasting smoothies. The only downside is you don’t get very much.

I was afraid it was gonna make my Smoothies taste grainy, but it doesn’t and it gives me the burst of energy I was looking for

It's touted as a superfood for a reason and is very much nutrient dense. As far as the flavor goes, honestly I mix it in with smoothies but even straight up it's not super flavorful, but having tasted actual acai berries, that's pretty much expected and normal. This isn't a sweetened acai drink, but the pure acai berry powder. don't buy it for its pure flavor but for its nutritional benefits. Price per ounce it's at first a bit of a shock as it's only 4oz for the $8.99 price, but honestly though the volume/weight isn't high for this packet, the price per ounce is quite good compared to other acai powder packets sold. Now if you're looking to stock up on quite a bit, this probably isn't the best choice given the 4oz size but if you just want a little bit every now and then to dole out occasionally into things like smoothies, juices or oatmeal, this is a great option. When received the product was in a sealed plastic bag. Powder is loose in the outer bag. The inner package is not sealed. Since I cannot return this and the package is open, I feel like I wasted money on this product.

It is a very fine powder and dissolves well in hot water but zero taste...not a fan and not sure what else it can be used for?

Does not dissolve well, would be okay for smoothies but not to mix in juices

This is a small bag, only 4oz of acai powder. Wish it was bigger for this price point, but it does say 37 servings. I guess I am not measuring 1.5 tsps and are using too large of a serving lol. That is a good thing, right> It means I like it. I have added it to my smoothies, breakfast bowls and yogurt. It has a mild flavor but adds a punch of color and the added health benefits of acai are welcomed. It does have only 1 gram of carbohydrates and only 1 ingredient which is wonderful.
