I've been trying Bulk Supplements for over two years now and can't complain. The quality of good and the prices are reasonable. I was surprised to see them bring sold on Amazon. So I started buying from Amazon instead of directly from the manufacturer. If you're looking for quality supplements to use with your smoothies, Bulk Supplements is the way to go. They are pure without fillers. So go for it.

I have purchased and use many of BulkSupplements' products and they are always excellent value and trustworthy...this product is no exception.

As far as I know, this is doing what I want it to do for my health. I consume it with other supplements in my daily smoothie. Tastes awful, but that's okay.

I ordered both ginsengs. The red was white and powdery, the white was a red/brown and very sticky (even when only about 15% of the mix) making it hard to fill capsules, it was doable, but messy. It was strange that they had the opposite characteristics from their whole forms, not sure if that's from the extract process, but they both smell like ginseng, and are otherwise very effective. Dissolves easily in water, maybe that's where the sticky comes from, love to know for sure, probably never will.BTW, I think this should be written on all the packaging: "Inner seal is NOT closed, contents may have shifted during delivery, open with care." and maybe some instructions on how to tap down the bag beforehand and cleaning out the zipper tracks with a toothpick. Both seem to be a large source of bad reviews and are easily fixed.

Used in smaller quantities had no bad taste. Added to hot coffee or teas disolved powder product without sticking to sides of cup.

If you're looking for pure goldenseal root, do not buy this product. It contains maltodextrin to make it more palatable, and maltodextrin is a digestive irritant plus it inhibits the absorption of the goldenseal. You're better off spending more on pure goldenseal than this sorry excuse of a supplement.

Got it fastand the price is right

I've gotten my ginseng root extract from this company for a while now, but I made a mistake and bought this one. It doesn't taste as bad as the root extract, but it also doesn't mix well with liquids. It's very gummy when wet. So the texture makes me gag. As a rule, the leaves and stems are less potent than the root. So I'm assuming this is a less valuable version. POSITIVE: Doesn't taste as bad. NEGATIVE: It's harder to consume and less potent.
