It really works
I've been looking for this tool for almost 20 years. It really works; skip the bulb and go with this. It was about 2006 and I was practically deaf from wax buildup. I went to 3 urgent care places, the 1st two hooked me up to some mechanical squirt gun and it just wasn't enough pressure. Finally, the 3rd place used a spray bottle just like this and I couldn't believe how much gunk came out, and I could hear again. I begged them to tell me where to buy 1, but they wouldn't. So, I've spent all these years since using peroxide and a bulb when I've got time or I start to have trouble hearing. I hated it, but it kept my ears clean. Now, I've found this and I'll spray out my ears in the shower every day, no worries. If you do it often enough with just warm water, it doesn't hurt and it'll prevent wax buildup in the first place

This works GREAT!
I followed the instructions for 1part hydrogen peroxide + 4 parts WARM water. (*I got nauseous the first time because the water wasn’t warm enough.) I squirted 1/4 of the bottle in my right ear, then my left. (To give it time to loosen up ear wax.) Then I repeated it again in my right ear & finished with the left side. What came out of my ears was disgusting - hard compacted wax that looked like rocks 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢

Great!
Pretty easy to use and it took 2 bottles to get the wax out. I did what others said to mix water with hydrogen peroxide and I also used drops prior. I was going slow in the beginning because I never used one of these before. With my husband’s direction 😆, this worked like a charm.

Amazing!
My son's hearing has been muffled for about a week or so. When just a regular flushing with a small plunger wasn't doing anything I ordered this. But we tried this with just water for 2 days straight and the water was coming out perfectly clear but his hearing was still muffled. I did some searching and found that most likely the wax had dried and hardened. I also found two suggestions to handle a big boy like that. #1 to soak hydrogen peroxide in the ear canal for a couple minutes, then try plunging again. #2 to soak with olive oil for several minutes then try plunging again. We tried soaking hydrogen peroxide in his ear, but the water continued to come out clear when using this plunger. So we tried soaking olive oil in his ear canal. I massaged the area around his ear to make the oil move around and hopefully work its way around the ear wax clog. After several minutes we tried the plunger again and immediately I knew something was working because the water was actually coming out dirty this time and before we knew it, this big bad boy was finally evicted from his long-time squatter home. So, if you find yourself struggling like we were, try soak with olive oil for a few minutes while massaging around the ear canal to work the oil in and then give this plunger another try. My son is over the moon that he can hear again!!!

Definitely try it out
Great product, I just think I need actual medical attention for my lack of hearing. I thought this would help, thinking it might’ve just been earwax build up. But I do recommend trying it out!

Muffled hearing is gone!
Great product for the price you pay. I was having muffled hearing in my left ear, and tried this product. Not only did it clear up my muffled hearing, I had what looked like a wax diamond come out of my ear with lots of other bits that came out as well. The water pressure was just right as well, it almost felt like an inner ear massage. Be sure to use warmer water, as it helps breakdown the wax.

Works well
My husband has earwax problem. For some reason he always have this huge amount of earwax even when he clean them regularly This is very easy to use and it's very satisfyng to see the earwax flowing out. Remember use use warm drinking water. If you use cold water, you're goingt o get super dizzy. Be careful.
