USB not working with iPhone and Charging and LDR setting up isn’t explained.
I think the charger is on and working. However I am disappointed with these three issues.1. USB port isn’t working for charging my iPhone. USB LED is also not working.2. Setting up the LDR, I needed to set up this and load cut off occurred at minimum.3. Setting up the charging, I needed to set up the charging and needed to fix at maximum. This board seriously needs to be set into a box so that things keep working and stay fixed. Also needs to be safe from dust and debris etc which is very common.Hopefully it works!Update:- This circuit has technical problems. 1. LDR is unnecessarily deployed. Dark detection is fairly possible with solar panel itself therefore deploying the LDR is entirely unnecessary.2. The 10 amps diode is heating up, which means this circuit has flaws. Although I have connected another 10 amp diode in parallel so that the current is divided and doesn’t produce much heat.3. The USB charger circuit has flaws. Firstly this circuit was not working at all but later with some attempts it started and the charging LED also started to glow. However since the 7805 IC gives insufficient current output therefore this circuit is unusable. This only consumes power by glowing LED and producing heat.4. Finally coming to the main solar controller and battery charging, I am uncertain about this circuit as well. Since there’s nothing to determine the charging voltage for the battery. This circuit needs to be fixed at 14.4v or 14.5v maximum for battery charging. Otherwise this can damage the battery itself. Therefore overall this PCB is useless and harmful. Luminous is giving solar charging machine in considerably good prices and luminous solar charging controllers are far better than most of the other charge controllers in market. I used to have a Luminous’s 12v 6 amp charger and I feel that was a great charger. The main advantage being the controller itself was not consuming any reasonable power. So most of the power of solar went to battery. I need to repair this controller and use it again. I feel I can not be getting any better than this charging controller. Thanks.
