For starters-That top review is completely misinformed, and I have no idea where that person got their information. Lemon and eucalyptus essential oils are natural cleansers disinfectants, and do NOT degrade silicone. Period. (No pun intended. Not from touching it, not from washing. Anyone know what kind of molds soap makers use? That's right, silicone. Even the ones who make all natural soaps. Because, again, silicone does not break down from essential oils.That is one reason this cleanser is so good.Rubbers, certain plastics and aluminum can be corrosive to essential oils, and the best long term storage is glass. But washing a silicone cup with these oils will most certainly not damage your cup.Now.... for my review.I chose this cleanser when I first started using my cup about 1 year ago, and I loved it. Lets be real ladies, period have an odor. I rinse it thoroughly under hot water, put about 2 drops of this cleanser in my hands, work into a lather and soap up the whole cup for about 30 seconds. It rinses clean, any odor gone, the scent fresh, the cup looks and feels clean. I dry with a soft cloth, replace, or sanitize at the end of my cycle and put in a bag. I also did not experience any discoloration, as I heard could happen to cups.Unfortunately, when I ran out, I couldn't find it anywhere so I had to buy two others in between. Diva Wash, which I had to use a ton of to get a decent lather, and was still unimpressive, and Pixie Cleanser Foam. The Pixie cleanser smelled positively VILE, and i had to wash like 3 times with a TON of it. Also, my cup started getting discolored with both.I was constantly looking for Lunette during these times, and FINALLY Amazon had it. The discolored cup grossed me out, so I got a new one with it, and now I'm happy again.I won't use anything else.

Oh my god I can't stand seeing this anymore. For anyone who has seen the "top rated" review that advises against using this product because and I quote, "eucalyptus and lemon oil degrade silicone", please take a moment to think through the logic of that statement. Essential oils degrading silicone is an old internet myth that is not true because of basic chemistry-- where do essential oils come from? Answer: Plants. What element makes up the vast majority of a plant? Answer: Carbon. Logical deduction: therefore plant oil is largely carbon based. What is the element that makes up silicone? Answer: Silicon. Silicon and carbon do not "decay" one another. It is impossible. Like oil and water they instead are more likely to resist mixing. But if that doesn't convince you think about it this way: if an ingredient in this product literally degrades what it is being sold to clean then why is it still for sale? That is a very very serious defect! Surely someone at this point would have reported it, like our friend with the top review, and the company would have either changed the formula or withdrawn the product? But they haven't. Think about that. Also do your own research.

I love the smell of this cup cleaner. I use it when I soak my cup in freshly boiled water at the beginning and end of my cycle, as well as any time I take my cup out during my cycle. I also use it to wash my hands a lot during my cycle. It dispenses easily so it took some getting used to that so I didn’t waste it by using too much but over all I really like it. I’ve tried a few cup cleaners and this is my favorite.

I'm using the lunette cups and always used the lunette products to wash them, never had any issues in more than 2 years. I trust it keeps them perfectly cleaned without interferring with my vaginal flora. The smell is kind of neutral, neither nice or bad, which is ok to me.

Love the product but they didn't get the product to me on time like they stated.

This cup wash is gentle and smells nice. Works best for daily cleaning and not deep cleaning - I use a competitors steam pod for that. I wish they would bring back the larger size tube, but hey, that’s just a preference.

Love the smell of this soap. Glad to know I'm not degrading the material of my menstrual cup like I did with regular hand soaps on my last cup.The tube says "Feel better" in a sweet little font that actually makes me feel like they care about how I feel. Cheers me up a bit when I feel so miserable!

Smells nice and isn’t too heavy. Haven’t had any downstairs issues using these products which is great. This cleanser is perfect! But wipes are a waste, just buy this. Also I’ve had it for almost a year and the bottle is GIANT so it lasts a while.
