Great quality
I just loaded this up and mounted it to my belt today. The quality and fit are exactly what I was looking for. Definitely worth the price. I have a basically identical product from a competitor that cost 4x as much. I would buy this one again.

Get it
Surprisingly really good, so only big enough for a quik clot and a bandage but rally good rip away. Will work really good on a range belt

Overall good product
The product was overall good. Was able to keep the gear I need in it. Compared to other ones that I bought it was less bulky and more convenient on a duty belt. However, the pullout straps from the side were a bit inconvenient.

Works for the price
The pouch works but isn’t great. If you want as much medical supplies as you should carry it will not work. It’ll be incredibly bulky and not fit for a belt. I carry it with just chest seals and combat gauze. I have to carry my TQ separately. For the price it is better than nothing, but it is not ideal

Does the job, and doesn't break the wallet
This is obviously a shameless knockoff of the Blue Force Gear micro trauma kit, but with the benefit of being 19 dollars instead of 80 dollars. It performs just fine, and has plenty of space for essentials. I'm able to fit compressed gauze, sterile gloves, shears, elastic bandage, and chest seal with plenty of space. Fits nicely, pulls out cleanly, and will make a nice alternative to blue force for a small essentials medical pouch. The TQ holder is trash, it doesn't hold the TQ well enough, but it can be taken off the molle, and I hold a TQ on my duty belt in a separate pouch.Satisfied with the purchase for the money!
