Bought for trach care on my mother as we have to clean her trach far more than her insurance supplies kits for. These do the trick.

Not a good product.
The bristles are too narrow and too far apart to effectively clean the laryngeal tube. They don't "scrub" the sides, thus removing the buildup. I thought I was saving money by choosing these brushes over the name brand ones, but you sometimes get what you pay for. I've already reordered my previous brushes.
