Fantastic !!

This has really helped my eczema. I used to itch and scratch until my skin bled. I take 4 of these a day and haven't had any itching at all. Additionally I don't feel hungry all the time this has also really curbed my appetite. Cons it's cheaper at walmart! This makes me really gassy!!

I really like this bee pollen. I open the jar just to smell it from time to time to get that rich lovely honey smell. I bought it for allergies, I don't know if I can tell if it has worked for that, but I have taken off about 4 pounds. I don't know if this is the reason for the weight loss, but I like taking the product so much that I will just say this bee pollen is the reason.

This stuff has saved me from allergies, asthma and also helped me lose weight. I also haven't been sick in like 8 months or so. I used to get sick so quickly from having asthma and allergies, and I swear taking bee pollen has helped my immune system.

It was just what I wanted

My main goal was to loose weight with this product and I am pleasantly surprised by the results so far. My expectations were not high and I figured for the low cost it was worth a shot trying it out. I am taking 1000mg a day and have noticed it does suppress your appetite but it does not suppress it enough where I do not want to eat. This is good, since I am still eating but just not as much. In 3 weeks I have lost 10LBS which in my eyes is a good weight loss rate. I am curious if I upped the dose to 1500mg per day what would happen. I may try that for the hell of it. I also read that it helps with your joints, cholesterol, allergies and prostate but it has only been 3 weeks so I feel it is too soon to comment on those. Overall I know everyone is different but this seems to be helping me so I would recommend it to someone else.
