Great for what I needed

Gnome hat for costume
I thought this would be a fun hat for my 12 year old to dress up as a smurf: just wear a bunch of blue clothes, paint the face blue and pop on this hat, which was clearly created in that exact shape. But after this arrived, Dear Child pointed out that in fact, smurf hats are this shape but WHITE in colour, not blue. I checked smuf picties i found online; DC was right!So, this hat will be worn as part of a generic gnome costume, instead. Fits 12 year old head fine, scrunched ears a bit but that's not unmanageable for an hour or two. Craftsmanship isn't great - lose threads, sewn without great care - but I'd expect no better for a costume hat at this price point.

Thin material but great for kids
A gnome hat, made from a thin blue felt like material, but it’s not felt. It measures approximately 32cm high, and 52cm wide. It just about fitted my size 36cm head, with help of the elasticated band at the back of the hat.Great for children or adults with a small head. It’s been neatly stitched and nicely finished off.How long it will last, I don’t know, as the material is very thin, but my grandson loves hats, so I’m sure he will love it for however long it lasts. I might even sew a bell on the top.
