The plug avoids the two hot electrical outlet spaces.
It is like described… plastic prongs in safely to electrical plug and the grounding plug has two spaces for a sheet and pillow ground.

Purchased accidentally and it's very well made don't know what this is but it's well made.
Don't know what this is but it looks like it's made very well I purchased this accidentally I believe for about $14 and like I said I don't know what it is I just didn't return it because I have disabilities and it's too hard to do that so I kept it. I purchased this accidentally it happens all the time oh boy anyway regardless this is really well made whatever it is and whoever made this is very well made
