I am amazed at this product! I was having meno hot flushes throughout the day and pretty much hourly throughout the night. I have tried several natural products, magnetic bracelets etc and had given up hope. A friend of mine from Germany told me her doctor had recommended wild yam root cream for some minor meno symptoms and suggested I try it. I was sceptical to say the least and did not hold up much hope.Now, two and a half weeks on, I have no flushes during the day at all and at night I don’t flush either. If I wake up at all, I am just a little warm and certainly not radiating heat as before,My cooling blanket and silk pillow are not needed any more and I have chucked the magnetic bracelet away!I have just ordered my second jar of this so I don’t have to go without. The last one arrived pretty quickly and was well packaged. I like the smell, which is almost herbal. I have a reminder set twice a day on my phone and use a fingertip full once in the morning and once in the evening on my inner forearms. I know natural remedies don’t work for everyone, but I hope more people try this. I am thrilled!
