Excellent book but Poor build quality
Pros: this book contains almost everything you need to know about black hole. Prof Brian Cox and Jeff Forshaw did an excellent job explaining the mysteries the black holes hides. The book also contains many useful diagrams to explain complicated topics to the beginners.Cons: 1. Delivery service from the seller was really bad. I cancelled my order due to not getting my book on time. Even though I got my money back, the experience was pretty painful, considering the fact that I literally had to wait 15 days just to get my order cancelled due to 'Your package may be lost' response from amazon. My second order was a success though.2. Book's build quality isn't great either, actually it is far from it. Page quality is poor, binding is really bad. Some of the pages have already fallen off from the book. It is really frustrating to see an excellent book getting held back because of build quality issue. Hope it will be fixed

It's a fantastic book,if you want and visual representation you can watch veritasium's video of "Something strange happens when you follow Einstein's maths".Some of the concepts are explained very well

It is complicated. Chatgpt can explain better.
Black Holes by Brian Cox and Jeff Forshaw starts with a promising start. But after 10 pages or so, it starts to become confusing. The concepts of physics w.r.t theory of relativity and black holes can be difficult to understand, but the author is not making things better. The Penrose Diagrams became a pain point in understanding the things. You can read the lines twice, thrice but you won't go for fourth time, because we did not enrolled in a astrophysics class. It is better to seek clarity from ChatGpt. It explains the concepts with much ease and more relatable examples. I seriously don't know which people hailed this book relevant for the masses. It is meant for select few those that have a good foundation beforehand.
