I'm in my mid 30s and my cycles are not the same as in my 20s. I have heavy cramping and mood swings now which I would like to have some relief from. I took note to take this a week before my period and OH MY! They smell vile. But, I decided that the ingredients seem to be good for what I need, so I took it as directed (during my PMS cycle and then during my period). The whole PMS week, I was much less irritable, didn't have an urge to eat a whole store and my cramping during the period was barely felt (which normally I'm very much hurting). This bottle will likely last me 3 cycles total so I hope this improvement lasts!

I love this brand. I usually have a hard time swallowing pills but this brand is different. They are easy to swallow, no bad smells, no bad taste. I am not sure I really felt that much of a difference on my menstruations so couldn't recommend this product.

I got these for my wife. She took them as directed through her period but didn't have much to offer in terms of efficacy. She sometimes gets bad cramps and takes Tylenol or Motrin for them. She couldn't tell if these made a difference this time. I will say, with all due respect, that she did get into quite a mood (probably my fault), so I don't think these were much help in that department. We'll see going forward if they help any more. As far as Solaray quality, it is top-notch as always.

As with all supplements, you never really know what you're getting. What I can say for certain is this is a quality product from a well known brand. The bottled was securely sealed and the pills smelled very fresh. These pills are made in a GMP certified facility and tested in the USA, which are musts for me. The pills are easy to swallow with smooth gel caps. You need to take 1 pill daily, so this bottle will last 24 days. Time will tell to see if these work, but definitely worth a shot. With so many brands of supplements out there, it is hard to know what to buy. I can confidently say that the Solaray brand is a brand you can trust.

After taking these menstrual support capsules for a few days during my period I felt less tired and moody. This could be thanks to the natural caffeine they contain but they also have other amazing ingredients that I could attribute these changes to.The capsules are quite large but easy to swallow because they’re coated and don’t get stuck in your throat. The smell isn’t the best but not too much of an issue.I plan to take these only during days that I’m menstruating so the bottle lasts. I think they’re great value considering they will last several cycles.Overall, if you’re looking for a high quality supplement that helps support your period then this is a great option!

I like and trust this brand, and haven’t purchased many supplements from them in the past. When it comes to this specific supplement, it’s hard for me to tell whether I noticed significant improvements after taking these. But I didn’t have any issues or adverse reactions after taking them, and found the capsules themselves to be easy to take.
