First - I am nothing close to a carpenter, I am probably the last guy you want to give a hammer to.So when I decided to take on a small project in my basement I decided I could use all the help I could get, including a good blade.This did not disappoint. So far I've cut pine, oak and plywood. All went very smooth. Who knows at this rate maybe I will start a new career (not)I really do not know much about blades but there was no binding at all and it took almost no force to get thru the lumber.If for some reason y opinion changes - I will update my review
