Do these headlights come with all the necessary bulbs? if it does are they all leds or halogen? it says led in one place & halogen in another!

It comes with the needed bulbs already installed. The halo is comprised of several leds. The low beam is protector and the high beam is regular halogen. The matching tail lights are all halogen and required me to buy about 35 dollars worth of taillight bulbs in various colors.
