Good little machine. Needs better handle so I just use it back and forth on the bottom with heavier loads and don't use the spin dry. If they come out with a larger one with a stronger handle I will be first in line to buy!

The machine works great! I have had mine since July 6th 2024 and it is now November 15th 2024. The problem I have now is the hand crank is breaking. Stress from washing cloths over time is causing the teeth on the plastic handle to break and chip off. Without a handle the machine will be useless! They should have made the handle out of metal especially the part that fits into the crank on the machine. Other than that the machine did wash the cloths good. And it was fast. I don’t know if I can get a replacement handle or make one out of something but it won’t be too much longer before the handle completely breaks and the machine becomes useless. Hopefully the makers of this machine will see my review and reach out to me with a solution to my problem.

I was going to return this bc the top was cracked but decided, after some thought, it was something I could glue and tape together. The top cover doesn't have any pressure put on it and all I needed to do was make sure water doesn't splash out. The item seemed to be packaged well so shipping must have been rough.Putting this together was pretty easy. The legs must be put on a certain way - once I figured that out the assembly was straight forward.While spinning this as I washed clothes, I found I can't go too fast or the gear will slip. Clothes washed well with this.Draining was simply lowering the hose. Very simple.While trying to spin dry, I found it was easier to leave the handle in the wash insertion site and not put it into the spin cycle site. I had to carefully start spinning or it feels like the handle may break along with the slipping gear issue. Once the spinning gets fast enough (carefully increasing speed) the clothes do spin dry a little but clothes are still on the wet side. I think spinning longer than I did would be beneficial. They do get dry enough to hang but I think there will still be some dripping.Issues are: the handle could be more robust so you don't worry it'll break. The handle is an important part of this unit. The gear slippage was a little worrisome but you just have to increase speed slowly to lesson the incidence of this occurring.Despite the issues mentioned, I do like this little unit.

The media could not be loaded. The handle is bad and doesn’t connect properly and will lose its grip rendering it unable to spin. Avoid this item at all costs because they also won’t let you return it cause China

It works well. I have all the parts needed to use it, just missing the carry handle and rudder foot pads.Can't contact seller and amazon wants me to exchange it. Not worth my time to exchange.
