I used the entire 4 step procedure. I rarely use conditioner all over as my hair is so thin and fine and I mostly used this on the ends. I haven't tried it separately but using all the products, while my hair felt very nice and soft and wasn't flat, but it wasn't super volumized either. I don't blow dry regularly, I normally use styling gel for volume and I found that I still needed to do so after using all the products. I did feel my hair needed washing about a day sooner than usual, I think there is a little build up left on one's hair using the whole system. I'm going to experiment with just using one or two of the steps and see how that is.

This product does just as it states it will do. My hair feels softer, silkier and healthy. It smells nice, not overly perfumed, and rinses easily without leaving a heavy feel.

Love this conditioner but just hard to get out of bottle.

Bottle collapses with use and doesnt reinflate without taking the top off. Very difficult to dispense after a few uses.Bottle fell in the shower and corner cracked open, resulting in leaking product if set upright. But it does dispense better now as long as I remember to leave it upside down. Worried about how water and air will affect the product since the bottle has a hole in it now.

My hair is so soft and looks so much better after using this conditioner.

If you color your hair and love the feel from the conditioner packs used after then this is for you. Hair looks and feels amazing. My hair smells so good all day as well. Keeps my hair from looking damaged from bleaching. Love this product. They also have more in this line but this one is by far the best!
