Works great
The headset is comfortable. It supports the headset great. The batteries help to extend the play time greatly. Not required but is a great upgrade for the quest 3.

Worth the investment
Makes those long haul overseas flights go by in a blink of an eye. Kick back, watch netflix and don't worry about having to plug your meta quest in every hour or so. This makes it last almost any flight length

Already loving this!!!
Delivers on the promise on changing the VR gaming on the headset bringing breathtaking VR to an affordable level. This head strap, combined with the batteries and fast charging, make this headset less difficult to wear while giving you more exposure time to the VR world.- Adds time to your VR, without these batteries, you can at best get about 2 hours of wireless time. Add these two batteries, another 3 to 4 hours.. without recharging. If you recharge a battery the second it goes belly up, you may be able rotate semi-charged batteries for an extended period until the device battery itself gets close to zero. Me? I bought two more, to enable wireless VR for a VERY long time..- Feels like wearing a comfortable helmet, this from someone with a head size that typically does not fall within the "once size fits all category." (I had to SEARCH for a bike helmet big enough to fit, not fun)- Includes a "hinge" that makes it easier put on! (apply the visor, then shift down the back to where it is comfortable on the back of your head. They give you a cushion that you have to manually install to the back too.- Includes a typical helmet device in the back, clicks to the right to tighten its grip, spins left to loosen up.Installation notes:I was concerned about removing the original head strap, I was the kid always afraid of breaking my toys. The cloth strap, as it turns out, is glued on to plastic pieces that easily come off the visor with minimal force. It's easy to see after watching a YouTube vid, there is a portion where your ear speakers are, and then a plastic piece that extends beyond that, with no cover facing where your head goes. That's where they separate! There is a center strap that is poorly designed here, and appears to be more of manufacturer's requirements or for a little more comfort to the designers, etc. They placed the velcro strap in an impossible place, you have to have needle nose pliers or strong yet tiny fingers to get it to go down, through the top of the slot in the visor, then strap it from underneath. This did not appear to be a manufacturer's defect based on the instructions. Fortunately, once you slide in the new ear piece connectors, there probably is no need for it. I will go without.Final notes:When you have time to go into VR for a long period, without ignoring other responsibilities, this is a device that makes that possible! On a recent venture, I went through 2 and a half batteries, first was almost fully recharged, for 5 hours of VR time, and still had 94% left on the visor battery! When the visor battery gets pretty low, the additional batteries will not help you at all.Take care.

Very Comfortable.
This is way more comfortable than the stock headband. The stock head strap always gave me a headache this was a huge difference! It was pretty easy to put on besides the side pieces. I would just watch so you don’t break anything off of the headset. It comes with two different set of cushions. Very easy to adjust to your size. With the VR fully charged I haven’t made it through both battery’s in one sitting yet.

nice upgrade
anyone getting a new meta 3, and dont have this or one like it, dont have a clue what there missing, 20 min with the factor strap and you want it off, this unit i can stay in vr land for hrs and not care, balances the unit well, works even on small kids heads, and easy to get on and off. battery life is good, could be faster to recharge the units battery but will extend play time for way longer, and the quest 3 loves to eat battery power, you also want the recharging station, and extra battery, for non stop play, hot swap on the go with out removing the gear, alsome.

Very practical
Easy to use and fits well. I found it best to have three battery packs to avoid any interruptions. One battery stays on the headset and the others in the charger. When the headset isn't in use I charge the battery as it is mounted on the headset, which in turn charges the battery in the headset.

Good value and does what it's supposed to!
I replaced the original head strap on my meta quest 3 with this and I am much happier. It doesn't bother me with the nose pads sitting on the bridge of my nose like the original had strap did, and you get two batteries and a charging base when you order the bundle, which is very well priced.I would give it five stars, but the batteries are huge and heavy. I have trouble understanding how a 4,000ma battery is four times the size of the 5,000ma battery in my phone.... and probably 10 times heavier. But this company is not unique, other companies offering these additional batteries also sport batteries that are unnecessarily large.
