Nuts can be super healthy addition for many to their diet, in moderation. We Added the Brazil nuts for selenium, 2-3 daily no more. Apparently, it is dangerous to eat too many . This brand was recommended and I agree that they were , excellent quality , fresh texture and raw with no noticeable salt . The only negative was the size of both the nuts and the overall cost . However, I only eat a few daily .

The nuts were fresh.My husband and I each eat 2 per day to help lower our cholesterol. (Per a doctor - Warning - don’t eat too many because too many can be harmful!)At any rate, this package is the perfect size to stay fresh to the end of the package.I put half in a crystal biscuit jar for convenience and keep the other half in the sealed package until we are ready to replenish the jar.

After eating 4 or 5 of these tasty Brazil nuts, I feel full. Like i've eaten a feast. so i eat 4 or 5 nuts a day. They last a long time. But do a great job of curbing an appetite.
