This phone was in superb condition and the battery needed charging only every third day .

A good quality phone at a reasonable price. The phone wasn't as clean as i would like but the glue like substance did clean off nicely with a little effort and nail varnish remover.However, the phone as been used constantly with no problems since.

Have had this (Renewed) phone for about a week and, so far, have no complaints. I can't comment yet about the battery life during everyday use, as I've spent a lot of time downloading and updating various Apps, as well as downloading books to store on an external SD card and slowly familiarising myself with the Android system. I've no doubt that undertaking all of these activities within a relatively short period of time will have made above average demands on the battery, so it will probably be another week or so before I can evaluate the battery performance under normal circumstances.I was a slightly wary of buying this Galaxy S7 phone, as it has already been superseded by the S8, S9 and S10 models. However the later models all appear to have larger screen sizes, and I feel the S7 screen is big enough for my needs. Cosmetically, the phone is excellent. When first examined, there appeared to be a couple of barely visible scratch marks on the screen and the back of the phone, but they turned out to be merely 'scuff' marks as they were easily polished away with a soft dry cloth.On the whole, I'm very pleased with this phone, but am still learning how to use it so may be able to provide a better overview at a later stage.

Turns on and works, upon 1st boot device wouldnt provision to the simcard (most likely due to different regions) and is slow and sluggish, would i recomend buying this particular ad, no i do not recomend buying this

The phone is as new, no visible marks and has battery life similar to brand new.Screen is completely clear, probably had a protector on for all of it's life.Case not marked at all.Very happy with this 'renewed' item and Samsung SmartSwitch which cloned across from my old S7.

I bought this item few months ago. As soon as I used it, I started to have problems with the signal.Should be the sim card, you would say, no? Wrong.I changed 3 sim cards with different operators and I keep having problems for making a call or searching something online (and I know for sure that the sim cards are properly working in other mobile phones).Than I have some problems in different apps, like Whatsapp, that, I mean, it's the most important, and sometimes it switches off and on by itself.I referred these problems to musicMagpie and they don't want to do anything at all.I'll never gonna buy again from them.
