Not worth the money!
The insulation within the plastic bag tends to drop to the bottom, the top part arrived damaged, and the instructions were next to useless and very confusing as they mentioned using tape that was supposedly included in the package, as stated on Amazon, but instead of the heavy duty tape promised, the only attachments provided were some parcel-decorating ribbons! At £44.99, this was way overpriced, considering the poor quality of the product: at this price I would have expected a more robust plastic bag and enough insulation within it so that it doesn't drop to the bottom.I only used the longer part to surround my water tank (with my own tape), as the part for the top would have to be cut due to a vent pipe in the middle of the tank, something that would have been a lot of trouble, and so I used two bits from the old insulation to cover the top. According to the instructions provided, the top part would have to be cut to accommodate for any such pipes and then resealed with tape.I could have made a better job of it myself using some heavy duty plastic refuse sacks, spare insulation from the attic and heavy duty tape!

practicality and functionality
Delighted with cost, size, weight and flexibility of jacket. It fits easily around a difficult-to-access cold water tank. There will be much less worry during the freezing winter conditions (in rural Scotland) with the knowledge that our tank is appropriately protected by the jacket.

Tank cover
I got this tank jacket to cover a pond filter in the garden, it’s standing up to the weather really well so I think it would be fine covering a tank in a loft
