Safe and efficient
I've always used a handheld mandolin until I recently bought the Duscheno Safe Mandolin Slicer. I ordered the utensil in the morning and received it by the evening.Once assembled, the mandolin is safe and very easy to use. It can quickly slice/julienne potato, cucumber, apple and other vegetables and fruits. An excellent buy.

Easy to use, seems sturdy
I took I mostly for french fries, piece for fries make quite skinny cuts. I would like to have option for a bit thicker cuts.

Not sturdy
Purchased just over a year ago. Used about 10 times and the aroma has broken. Not very sturdy. Is a shame as it chops nicely
