Very nice
I usually use stones for my knives. This thing is actually a miniature grinder much like i use in the forge. It really does work after you get to know it and understand exactly hiw ir wirks.It takes a little bit to understand how the angle guides work. They are very small and they are mire of a guide than anything else. Being so small it is difficult to get most knives fkat against it to hone to the proper angle.Does this "really" matter? Nope! After a few passes on a test knife and examining the resukts will show very sharp blades. Follow the recommendation of using a black marker on the blade edge and you can learn very quickly exactly how it works.
