Excellent unit.
Excellent product. Took a minute to figure out how to unfold and fold . Should have the instructions on the outside, not in the inner pouch. Well worth the price.

Great Mode of Transportation
I did a lot of research before my purchase. I have had no regrets!! I have been on road trips with my family and chair is easy to fold. I go to parks with my family and ride over grass with ease. Its very comfortable (I’m 5’9). No one has complained about weight when putting in car.The only complaint, it took use about 20 minutes to understand the sequence to get chair to fold and unfold. Now we do with ease.

Good enough for me
Let me say, I purchased mine directly from the company and not on Amazon. If you call the company, they will probably beat the Amazon price.I'm an incomplete thoracic SCI. I don't use a wheelchair everyday. I typically use one when going out for the day, as my legs get wonky after about 30 minutes of activity. Longer than that greatly increases my chances of falling. With that said, I'm pretty surprised with the chair. I was gifted and older Hover-Round type chair, so this is my only point of reference. The motors of the 7000 seem peppy enough for most things. The battery held it's charge well through my first few outings. The ride is OK. The tires feel softer, which is probably why it seems better than my old chair. The steering feels weird. At slow speeds, it feels pretty responsive. I was able to easily maneuver through people and tables at an event. At faster speeds, not so much. It sort of feels laggy when you want to turn off you're trying to catch up to people. It probably isn't bad, but it's certainly different from the other chair, which snapped into action as soon as you made an input on the control. The front tires seem to always catch my feet when pivoting. It's not bad, but just a really odd set up. I don't know if the designers thought of that, but I think a few small tweaks could have really made that better. The big selling point for us was the fact that it is collapsible. It fits in my wife's H-RV... easily. With the old chair, we were stuck using a lift and our Suburban any time we went somewhere. Really inconvenient. My 13 year old lifts the 7000 without issue. At home, it folds up and can be moved around on small storage wheels. SUPER nice feature.I give it a 4. It looks really sharp. It does the job better than I expected. If you need a chair full time, I'd say that this probably isn't for you. Not because of anything I've observed so far, but just that I don't want to speak on something I have no experience with. However, at this price, it's a great alternative to wading into the insurance process and trying to get them to pay for some other device for users like me.

Wrong color
**Edit** Customer service was super responsive and got me the correct color. The new covers installed and looked great!I've been using the chair for several months now and it's opened up a whole new world for me. I even recently ran it over gravel(!) At a Farmer's market! The chair showed up today, was super easy to unpack, unfold, and set up, even for someone with a heart condition. My ONLY complaint, and I mean ONLY complaint, is that the black cushion is the wrong color.I had selected the black cushion because the red stitches looked SUPER SLICK with the black and red frame. As you can see from the photo, the stitches are more silver or taupe in color, not red. It's not worth the hassle to return the chair, which is otherwise solid, just disappointing. :(

Does not handle well
I have had a few chairs and this is the worst handling chair ever...it is incredibly slow to react to joystick movements. Takes forever going up small inclines. I will say it's comfortable
