Where It All Began: The 1978 Hawaiian Iron Man Triathlon

The book gives an insight into the original Ironman in 1978 and gives a fascinating view of the original men who took part. The book was a quick read of around 100 pages that left me hungry for more information.The Author is inspirational and gives a great perspective on where Ironman began and where it is today.I have given the book three stars because of its price and print quality. I would have liked more information about the original competitors.
