My holy grill to all my health issues. Taking Blackseed oil has been very beneficial to my overall health. I enjoy the benefits. These are very affordable and easy to swallow. My sleep and energy levels have improved significantly.

I don't know what I wanted to accomplish with this tart cherry and black seed supplement. The first day I look it I got a dizzy spell hours and hours later and didn't think anything of it. I took it again the next morning and at 6 pm I had several hard core dizzy spells. Turns out, dizziness is and can be a side effect of taking it. Maybe it was working too good. Maybe it's too strong. Either way I can't take them anymore as I missed work that second day because of it.

This product is made in Turkey and costs about $0.12/capsule. It has two months' supply if I take 2 capsulesa day. It will expire in May, 2026. Unlike other black seed capsules that contain oil, these capsules contain finely grounded black seeds which look similar to black sesame seed powder. I usually take one capsule every night right before my bedtime, as I find it can improve my sleep quality in general. I typically take it along with 2 mg melatonin, so it will fix anything that melatonin fail to do, such as returning back to sleep sooner after I come back from the bathroom in the middle of the night or sleeping for extended time instead of waking up easily towards the morning. Compared with black seed oil capsules, these black seed powder capsules can work equally well plus they have longer shelf life and won't get staled as easily as oil capsules. Highly recommend!

The RAWYA Nutrition tart cherry extract with black cumin seed powder is a great combination. The bottle contains 120 vegan capsules. The serving size is two capsules, so, there are 60 serving. The suggested usage is one serving daily. Each serving has 750 mg of tart cherry and 250 mg of black cumin seeds. The label says it is a product of Turkey. When you open the bottle there is the distinct aroma of pizza sauce. This is probably due to the cumin seeds. Both tart cherry and black cumin seeds are supposed to be rich in antioxidants. The bottle is fresh. The expiration date was 5/2026. It came with a child-proof cap. The ad says "every batch is analyzed in third party labs" but the label only says "third party tested." This appears to be a good value for this many servings of this many milligrams.

Black seed has quite a few benefits and I feel the benefits whenever I take it. I mostly feel a mental lift. I feel more motivated. This may be because it is an HDAC inhibitor. It also has other potential health benefits as well.This formula says "black seed extract" on the bottle, but says "black seed powder" on the label. If it's an extract, usually the strength of the extract is listed, as well as potential standardized active ingredients (many black seed oils standardize to thymoquinone). This is why I took off a star.The company claims testing, which is a good sign of quality.

I really struggle with falling asleep usually, like it takes me around 5+ hours to fall asleep.This stuff made it so when I shut my eyes next thing I know I'm waking up in the morning. I have had the best sleep in a long time, falling asleep faster and having an all round calmness. It is very effective as a sleep aid- at least for me.There is not really a taste as it's in pill form but it has a strong crayony smell? Not bad but noticeable.They are easy to swallow capsules and the size of just any regular capsule you take which I was happy about because I know sometimes supplements can be HUGE.I would like to preface and say there is naturally occuring melatonin in here, so be mindful of interactions!All round a 10/10 for me

The lid can be a bit finicky to open, though, and it feels like it's more complicated than it needs to be. After all, this isn't a dangerous supplement that requires such a secure closure.Inside the capsules, you'll find simple black seed powder, which is essentially ground-up black seeds. Considering this, the value isn't the best, as black seeds can be bought in packets at a much lower cost. However, if you want to avoid the taste of black seeds, these capsules offer a convenient alternative. Just be aware that there's still a strong smell from the tube when you open it.

Good quality

I have been taking these for over two weeks now and all I can really say is there are no side effects. Have not seen any improvements in sleep and the other benefits are always going to be hard to detect. I feel bad writing a review for something like this as it's damn near impossible to say whether it works or not. I also take multi vitamins because my Vit D levels are low, but unless I have blood tests I could not say for sure if they work either.

I use this multi functional product as a post running supplement but also as it contains natural melatonin which aids sleep. The hypnotic quality is certainly effective in this formulation.
