I bought the old man version for my dad who has Parkinson. He had gone through the discomfort of having wet diapers around him since he produces excessive urine during the night.It's true that directions on the box are Chinese, but there are videos on utube about this product.The elastic waist band comes with many holes to button for a good fit. The leg elastic buttons on the waist to complete the brief. All of my dad's genitals fit in the pouch.After I get him into bed I make sure the little tab of the pouch is closed and all his parts are in the pouch.I modified the equipment so that it empties into a gallon plastic jug. I made a hole in the lid and cut off the backflow valve. The tube fits snugly in the lid and the urine flows immediately into the jug that sits on the floor next to the bed.I collected about 3/4 of a gallon of urine the first night.My dad wears only the brief/urine collector at night and wakes up completely dry!

These were bought for Night time use and did not work at All!! If the patient can't stand up they will not work.. It leaks Everywhere even after trying all the suggestions offered by other purchasers. Instructions are not in English, which didn't help any either.

This product when you see the ad on Amazon you may think this is exactly what I want due to my incontinence issue. But it wasn't! It looks like it would be the thing I needed but it ain't. The waste band on this item absolutely sucks! The think isn't wearable unless you rigged the thing so it stays secure on your body and even that is guaranteed. There are no instructions on how to wear it. Although looking at it one would figure it's simple just strap it on but the waste harness that comes with it could been designed differently. This item is very over exaggerated and not worth the money. It leaks on you on the bed and overall a darn hassle wear. What looks good on the Amazon website can sometimes be deceiving by making the product look well worth getting in the photo than what you get after you receive. Thats my review and I'm sticking with it,

the first time i used this item it did not do well (my bad). if you move a little when you sleep you need to create some slack in the drain tube to compensate for movement, then attach the tube to your leg with a piece of elastic. this way the harness should stay in place.

My loved one had a dry night after very first use of this product. During the day it is "propped" so he can use it because the harness and straps are too tight. BUT IT WORKS! It comes with 2 drain bags. The unit can be washed out with sudsy water. We will probably not use the straps though.

Purchased product to collect urine from bed bound mother. Product leaked all over the place. Note this is a cheaply made Chinese product.

The product was as described. No complaints. I probably should've ordered more than I did. For anyone ordering this product, I recommend looking closely at the diagrams and don't make the same mistake I did if you're a novice at this. It looked relatively simple, there weren't any instructions. Therefore, I just snapped it together and placed it on the patient. Oh well, it was an epic fail because I didn't make sure the air hole was closed.I also didn't make sure the placement was as it was in the diagram. Only 1/2 of it reached the small bag. Looking back it was a learning experience, but probably a discomfort to the patient for having an additional clean up when it could have been avoided.
