I saw a guy on Youtube use one of these to take the jagged edge off of sheet metal after drilling holes, and made it look easy. Thought I'd give it a try, since de-burring is a hassle without the right tool, even though I was skeptical.After using it, I was a little surprised to learn that it really was easy and quick, and even more surprised that it actually works!It has been good for taking the sharp edges off of steel and aluminum, and it cuts through hard plastic like PVC like butter. The blades are nice and sharp, and after a year of occasional use I'm still on the first blade. The blade has a rounded side and a flat side, and when you keep the rounded side is against the edge it positions the blade at the correct angle as you circle a drilled hole or scrape along a straight edge.Use it twice or once and you'll get the hang of it, and will see long little slivers shaved off that used to be the sharp edges.Some reviewers talked about the handle being too small, but for me it was just fine. This tool is great for holes and smaller things, but for larger pieces of metal I still prefer to use a flap disk. To do the job quickly, and in places a flap disk won't fit, this is the tool.

Please notice that you are getting three types of Deburring Cutters: 1st type for small diameter holes; 2nd type for softer metals; and 3rd type for harder metals. I always put a drop of light weight oil in the rotating swivel snap clamp.The dimensions of the tool parts are clearly shown in the website description. I prefer a larger diameter plastic handle. All of my screwdrivers have plastic handles. The diameter of this metal handle is a bit small, but I suppose I can claim that that makes the deburring tool better for “delicate” work.

Haven't' used too many of these. Some came with a few pipe benders. Plastic handle ones, are not good.More so the blades. These blades with this one are super nice. Way sharper and different sharpening angle than the cheap ones. This setup is nice. Handle is super stiff. Change out metal collar is robust. The stubby blades are helpful to not score the inside if you need to do a flare.

Works extremely well on plastic and soft metals. I hung over 60 ft of aluminum gutters, used this to remove burrs left by the side grinder. The blade is still like new.

perfect for cleaning up 3d prints

got this for my 3d prints. used it on everything else and it works great. carful very sharp i slipped and sliced my hand. was my bad not the tools. was rushing. this thing is great and well buy another one soon.

Excellent deburring tool for the money. All the guys at the machine shop I work at now want one. It has a nice solid aluminum handle instead of the flimsy plastic ones I've used and comes with several extra blades with it. I've used mine almost every day and the first blade is still razor sharp. They can also be sharpened too. Great tool AAA+
