I don't really have a problem falling asleep. Stayng asleep is something entirely different. Even with other sleep aids my days have started at 3 or 4 in the A.M. and if I did sleep the night I dragged the next day. This makes for a very long day and to say that by 3 in the afternoon I am unfit to be around is putting it mildly. The first night that I took this I went to sleep much faster and without the extra half hour of waiting for my mind to stop whirling. If that was all I got out of this I would have been completely satisfied. To my surprise I actually woke up with my alarm!! The best part was that I wasn't even dragging. No sleep aid hangover and I ditched the usual 3rd cup of coffee. I felt rested and actually accomplished a lot before my family woke up. When I took this the next night I went to sleep quickly but my daughter came in around 4 (I think our cat jumped on her bed and scared her) and I was able to get right up with her. This is one of my bigger concerns because other aids had put me out to the point that I heard nothing. Instant Sleep didn't put me in such a deep sleep that I wouldnt hear them. Overall my experience has been positive and I will continue to use this product!!!

My son has autism and has had so many issues sleeping since birth. He's 4 now and NEEDS to sleep. Melatonin worked for a little bit but then stopped. This Instant Sleep is great for him! He falls asleep and STAYS asleep and I love how it is all natural. I don't have to put him on medication. Great product! I gave 4 not 5 stars because I find it a little spendy.

I bought this product to, try it out, as I have insomnia. I am glad I did, because its a really great product! I was in search of a good natural medication for sleep, as I do not want to get habituated with prescribed drugs. I think this is it for me, I found what I was looking for. Tried some other brands before, but they did not seem to work that well, I had to wait long time, to get to sleep, and sometimes not deep sleep either. This product does what it says, it kicks in quite fast, and you don't wonder in your bed anymore. I fell asleep very fast, did not wake up in the middle of the night, slept peacefully, till the morning, and woke up refreshed. If you have insomnia or sleeping problems, this product is worth a try, instead of trying placebo like stuff, which has no or zero effects, this is the real deal, and worked for me.
