This thing is heavy duty industrial and it is essential if you're going to stick with the disc binding system. I've made a number of my own notebooks and planners already and this punch makes it super easy. Changing the paper size is a snap and it punches a few pages at a time as well as punches through all the cover materials I've tried.

Great, heavy duty Circa punch from Levenger. While they sell excellent pre-punched paper, this allows one to punch any type of paper in order for it to fit perfectly in their variety of binders. This punch is made of heavy duty material and will essentially last forever. I highly recommend this product as well as anything Levengers has to offer: paper, pens, leather products and other office/personal essentials. Great company with high standards.

As with all Levenger products, this is a good quality, heavy-duty punch. It works beautifully. You'll want to keep this in a stable place as it's very heavy. You'll get tired of it before it wears out!

...of 120 gsm pages at a time. Not a lot considering the heftiness of this device. It's gotten stuck on me where I had to tear the page to get it unstuck. If I were in the market for another one, I'd look at a different brand.In-person, the color is more of a silver with a slight tint of sage green. It looks more green in the photo.

The reason I chose to buy this particular punch for putting together a disc bound system is because it has it can be used for different types of paper sizes - most important of which for me is A4 size since letter size paper is uncommon in Singapore.When punching holes in 100gsm paper, it takes substantial effort to punch about 6 pages. This could've been because the punch is new.The only downside to this punch is how heavy it is. Other than that, it works well and I recommend it for those who need to punch different sizes of paper for their disc bound systems.

I was on the fence about investing in this machine due to the price but after reading reviews of cheaper models I decided to go for it and I'm so glad that I did. It's worth the investment. I make my own journals and this punch is very sharp and it takes very little pressure to punch through the paper or cardstock. It has precise cuts with no snags or tears and that is important to me since I print out custom sheets. There is a mechanism that allows you to set the punch to the number of holes that you need. I love that feature. If you make disc journals or planners you want this punch. Don't waste your money on the cheaper models.

Update: some stuff I buy, use for a while but then it languishes. It has been almost a year, but the Levenger system is still in active use.The desk punch converted me into a Levenger's Circa fan. It was the key to making that system work.I'm very visually oriented, plus I have ADHD. I use paper size & color to differentiate between To Do lists, simple lists like groceries, random information and information from ongoing classes/projects. The color/size is not allowed to change because my brain can't memorize changes like that fast enough.This punch allows me to use my standard paper in the same notebook consistently and at greatly reduced cost.My purse (ridiculously heavy because I put everything I might need in there) is simpler because I don't need to carry 4 different notebooks.And, finally, if you have material that is ready for less active status, there is room to punch the standard 3-hole pattern and move it to a ring binder.And, I get compliments on my organization all the time now.

great alignment, hole size - pages glide smoothly in my planner - do not get stuck. I re-punched the filler pages that came with my planner because they would get stuck. not a problem any longer!
