When new born items are ussualy bought they are bought in advance after just Iver a week of use 5he motor broke and made a realy loud clacking noise and not able to be used as was way to noisy for the baby and made this loud noise 2 - 3 times per secondTried to contact amazon but after being told its been longer than 30 days I uave to contact the sellerTheir response was it's not covered as its been a long time I hope you under standThats £160 down the drain with worst customer service and an even worse productThey must know these items are bought in advance and smiley don't careDo not buy this product if you don't want to be scammed

Was simple to put together, good quality and well packaged. The only thing that was a problem was the US plug. It did not state any detail of this in the product description or details and I probably would not have ordered it had I known. I have contacted the seller to see if they can replace this with a uk plug or adapter. Hopefully this is easily sorted. I have also asked them to check the voltage is safe to use in the UK. Will update once response received.

Just an awful product

My sister bought this as a gift for my new born daughter. It is very unsafe and should be removed from sale. The crib moves any time my new born moved slightly causing her to roll over and get stuck between the side of the cot and mattress.The crib doesn’t come with the straps at the side to secure it as shown in the picture.Extremely dangerous!!!!Avoid at all costs!
